Thursdays are almost the end of the week, and I for one always feel kind of like I’m floating through the world without really experiencing it, very caught up in my own thoughts. What kind of nostalgia do these moods inspire in you, when you have them?

“Write down the abstract question you would most like to explore. Then free-write a group of events you somehow associate with that question: a brush with death, giving birth, living in a different culture. Meditate on the question, altering your meditations with the actual event.” (Miller & Paola, pg. 105)
